Keeping You Safe
Coast Rehab exists to support people with disabilities to engage in valued life tasks and roles. The health and wellbeing of our clients, team members and the general community is our highest priority.
Coast Rehab therapists may need to wear face masks when visiting clients and working in the community as dictated by current health advice. They are also equipped with hand sanitiser and undertake infection control procedures as per the Australian Government Guidelines.
Face To Face Appointments
Please remember to cancel or reschedule a face to face appointment with your therapist if:
- You show any symptoms of being unwell
- You, or someone in your household has been tested for COVID and waiting results
- You have recently travelled overseas or to any known hot spot areas
- You have been in contact with a person with a confirmed case of COVID-19
- You have been diagnosed with COVID-19
Telehealth Sessions
- Are offered as an alternative to face to face appointments where this is appropriate and relevant. And our team will continue to work from remote office locations to ensure safe social distancing.
- As the COVID pandemic situation continues to evolve, Coast Rehab will remain at the forefront of evidence-based risk management and safety practices.
- Thank you for your efforts in helping to keep our team members, families and clients safe.
